The Transportation & Technology Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the Town’s transportation infrastructure and technology services, including streets and roadways, the municipal airport, and municipal information technology systems. This position serves as a working supervisor, providing day-to-day oversight, hands-on support, and coordination with staff, contractors, regulatory agencies, and the Town’s Managed Service Provider (MSP). The position requires practical knowledge of municipal operations, the ability to balance multiple functional areas, and strong communication skills to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant services in a small-town environment. Applicant must display a willingness, aptitude and self-discipline to learn all aspects of town government.
