The City of The Village Police Department is accepting applications for a full-time 911 dispatcher.

Applicants should have good computer skills, the ability to operate standard office equipment, and excellent communication skills.
Applicants should have the ability to multi-task under pressure and present themselves as a professional representative of a progressive metro law enforcement agency.

Qualifications:
-Must be at least 18 years of age
-Must possess a high school diploma or GED
-Must possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license
-Must not have any felony convictions, serious misdemeanor convictions, Domestic Violence convictions, or pending criminal charges from any state
-Must have the ability and willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays etc.
-Must pass a thorough background check.

With no experience this position will start at $21.51 per hour ($3,726.86 per month). Full benefit package at no cost to employee including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
