College education, past business experience and knowledge of city government are all a plus. The City of Hugo is a Council-Manager form of Goverment A background check will be performed on each applicant. Applicants will undergo a background check, must have a valid driver’s license and may be subject to our drug testing policy. Applications may be obtained at the City of Hugo Municipal Office located at 201 South Second Street, Hugo, Okla. from 8:00a.m to 5:00p.m. Monday thru Friday.
