The Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund (BRLF) provides qualified applicants with money to clean up contaminated properties.  The money is offered in the form of low-interest loans.

Disaster Relief Grants for natural disasters, puppy mill seizures, or hoarding situations are available throughout the year. Visit the Foundation's website to review the grant guidelines.

Through the latest federal legislation, IIJA-BIL and the Bridge Formula Program, funds were made available to every state to assist in improving bridge conditions as part of the transportation infrastructure.  This funding is available for improving not only highway bridges, but also city and county owned structures.

Requests may be submitted at any time and are reviewed by the Foundation's board on a rolling basis.

Elected leaders, town managers/employees, and nonprofit leaders in small towns with populations of less than 50,000 are eligible to apply. Requests are reviewed quarterly. Online application information is available on the T-Mobile website.

The DOT Navigator https://www.transportation.gov/dot-navigator  is a new “one-stop shop” that provides essential information to help our stakeholders and communities apply for grants, identify existing resources, and answer questions on how to connect with funding opportunities provided through BIL.

The Community Heart & Soul Seed Grant Program provides $10,000 in startup funding for resident-driven groups in small cities and towns across the United States to implement the Community Heart & Soul model. Grant funding requires a $10,000 cash match from the participating municipality or a partnering organization. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all grants have been awarded.

The Transformational Partnerships Fund (TPF), administered by SeaChange, supports colleges and universities interested in exploring partnerships that could fundamentally improve how they operate and serve students—especially students of color, students from low-income families, and other underserved populations. Grant applications are considered on a rolling basis.
