Description: Maude's Awards for Innovation in Alzheimer's Care honors organizations and individuals excelling in the care of persons living with dementia and their care partners. Awards are available to both nonprofit and for-profit organizations developing innovative care programs, as well as individuals who have created meaningful opportunities to improve the lives of those living with Alzheimer's and related dementias.
