POLICE OFFICER – JOB OPENING

The City of Healdton is accepting applications for a Police Officer.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of law enforcement experience

  • Current CLEET certification required

  • Valid Oklahoma driver’s license

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Must meet all applicable Oklahoma CLEET and peace officer employment requirements

  • Successfully pass a psychological evaluation conducted by a professional approved by CLEET

  • Must successfully complete the City’s background investigation and hiring process

Position

The selected applicant will be responsible for protecting life and property, enforcing state laws and City ordinances, responding to calls for service, conducting investigations, making arrests when appropriate, and performing other duties as assigned.
