Full-Time | Exempt
Salary: $60,000–$68,000 annually
Municipal Electric Systems of Oklahoma (MESO) is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Finance & Office Manager to oversee the association's financial operations and daily office administration.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with annual budgeting
Coordinate the annual audit and maintain financial records
Manage office operations, vendor relationships, and administrative functions
Support employee benefits, personnel records, and HR administration
Assist with conference registrations, member billing, and board reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum three years of accounting or finance experience
Nonprofit accounting experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities
