Experienced Journeyman Lineman opening with the City of Newkirk. Duties include but not limited to installing, removing, and relocating utility poles, lights, electrical cable and all forms of electrical material and accessories utilized in the construction, maintenance, and operation of electrical system. Must be able to work in physically demanding conditions and unfavorable weather conditions while handling dangerous equipment. Successful applicant must be able to work nights, holidays, weekends and emergencies. Thirty minute response times are a must. Benefits include insurance, retirement, paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays. Must be able to produce qualifications.
