Part-Time Accounts Receivable Assistant

MESO is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to assist with Accounts Receivable and general office support on a part-time basis. This position plays an important role in supporting MESO’s mission of serving Oklahoma public power communities through training, safety, and member services.

Position Details

· Part-Time Position

· 8–16 hours per week

· Pay: $20-25/hour, based on experience

· Flexible schedule available

· Office located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Primary Responsibilities

· Assist with accounts receivable processing and tracking

· Prepare and send invoices

· Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past due accounts

· Enter and maintain accurate financial records

· Assist with filing and general administrative support

· Communicate professionally with member communities and vendors

· Support finance staff with special projects as needed

Qualifications

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred

· Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
