The essential function of the position within the organization is to supervise and provide technical support for various Utility Departments including Water Treatment Plant, Wastewater Treatment Plants, Stormwater and Utility Maintenance departments. 

PRIMARY DUTIES: This list represents the essential tasks performed by the position. Employees may be assigned additional duties by management as required.

Provides engineering and operational oversight of Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Utility Maintenance, and Stormwater Departments, specifically in compliance issues with the Oklahoma State Department of Environmental Quality (regulatory authority).

Provide engineering design for various City infrastructure projects including water lines, sewer lines, lift stations, water treatment plant, and wastewater treatment plants.

Communicate with upper-level City Officials on Utilities projects and departments through written reports and verbal presentations.

Provides oversight of various grants.

Provide public relations for various Utilities department.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
