The City of Midwest City is accepting applications for a Records Clerk in the Fleet Services Department. The incumbent coordinates the input and retrieval of all Fleet data and analyzes the vehicle and equipment data for the Fleet Services Department. High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. High school diploma or equivalent required with experience in inventory control and administrative supervision experience helpful. A working knowledge in the service area of a Fleet Services operation is desirable. Basic: 10-Key, Alphanumeric Data Entry, Spreadsheet, Word Processing/Typing. Tasks are administrative in nature and involve a series of routine procedures. May occasionally fill in for the Parts Room Manager in his absence. Must possess a valid Oklahoma drivers license and be insurable. Starting Salary: $18.5165/hr. w/benefits.
