The City of Cushing, Oklahoma, invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide employee benefits brokerage and consulting services for the City’s self-funded health insurance program. The City seeks a broker to assist with plan design, vendor negotiation, compliance, and employee education.
Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) may be obtained from the City of Cushing HR Director’s office, located at 100 Judy Adams Blvd. Cushing, OK 74023 , during regular business hours, or by request via email at hr@cityofcushing.org.
Proposals must be received by October 1, 2025, by 11:59 pm by email at hr@cityofcushing.org and put on subject line “2025 Benefits Broker RFP”.
The City of Cushing reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive informalities, and to select the firm deemed most advantageous to the municipality.
