Emergency Operations Manager
City of Midwest City is accepting applications for Emergency Operations Manager. The incumbent plans, organizes & directs the Emergency Management program & the Emergency Operations / 911 Center of the City. Bachelor’s degree, plus 6 years related experience &/or training in emergency management, planning, business or public administration, plus 4 years related management exp. req., or equiv. combination of education & experience. Must have completed basic National Incident Management Systems (NIMS) courses & must achieve Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management certification within 3 years. Grant writing exp. a plus.
