Human Resources Director
The incumbent coordinates & administers all activities associated with Human Resource administration within the municipal government & serves as management's representative in all labor/management relations. The Director has continual contact with the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, department/division heads & other employees in clarifying or interpreting matters personnel policies & program operations. Work is performed with considerable independence & judgment is exercised within the policies & regulations established. Undergraduate degree in personnel administration, public administration, human resources or closely related field with at least six (6) years of local government exp. in Human Resources & at least three (3) years in a supervisory capacity, preferably as a Human Resources Director or Assistant Human Resources Director, required. Masters of Public Administration, IPMA-HR SCP, Labor relations exp. preferred. Must possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license & be insurable. Starting Salary Range: $85,808 to $90,857/yr.
